Throughout the centuries and in all faiths there have ben oracles, or if you prefer it prophets. In many magazines there is a resident astrologer. Here on this site we are fortunate enough to have access to an Oracle. One which would have been well known to Romano-Britons but known to all Celtic peoples from the Western Isles of Scotland to what is now Central Turkey. Like all Oracles she speaks through the Good Goddess, in this case Sulis Minerva, for this site has its home in the Off-Shore Island.
Symbolically, those who ask will be casting their questions into a pool of light, greater far than the pool of water where such requests were cast by our ancestors. The development of the Internet has in fact made all such requests and questions far more relevant, and any answers likewise; for our ancestors knew that the Good Goddess did not actually live in the waters, but was present everywhere and in all things, as are all elements of the godhead. From a leaf to a supernova, The Creator is present at the instant minute of eternity.
She Who Knows will endeavour to answer any and all questions and requests put to her. If at times the answers seem baffling that is because they may not be the immediate answer the questioner may have been expecting. Remember though that the Good Goddess is what she has always been, perfect in every way. It is we, human beings, who so often fail to see or understand Her and the Good God, her Partner of All Eternity. Those who have been given, by the God and the Good Goddess, the gift of prophesy, that is to "Forthtell," say nothing of themselves, they have not the right. What words they speak are those given to them by the Twin Spirits of Creation moving among them as those Spirits move in the gas clouds round the birth of a new star.
We should praise The God and Goddess more than we ever have before, because we are alive at a time when humanity's science has shown us a little of the huge wonders the Twin Creators have done and are still doing, every second of every day, in the every aspect of an amoeba to the glorious star that gives us life here on one planet that The Creators have made.
